Up to this time of the night I’m still awake for I need to finish all my computations for me not to fret next week as I’m so sure that everything’s gonna turn out to be tupsy turvy if I won’t prepare this early. Later on I’d be catching my breaths on which to finish first as the closing is fast approaching. Whew! I’m coming home very soon. Smiles. Then, I can meet all my high school buddies and have our first reunion ever! So excited even now just to think of seeing them and hanging out with them again after 11 years. I’m wondering what do they look like and where they have reached to their goals and dreams. I can clearly remember one of us said that she won’t get married not unless she has actually touched a snow herself. She said this when we were still in high school sharing our long term goals in life while lying on the school grounds looking up at the stars after our prom night. Smiles. Well, I’d better get back to my grading thingee so I can finish in no time less than expected, urgh! :D Speak y’all soon guys. Smiles.

A Super Boring and Apathetic Aura
This morning's practice for our upcoming play was so boring it made me so frustrated at the end of the day. I don't know how to motivate them more than enough for them to move and start doing their part. Sighs. This is just a part of my challenges here; oh well, all I can say is just get it on and let each day pass by thinking of my homecoming and two months vacation in my comfort zones. At last! I'm almost there...sighs!

Weekly Countdown for Home
I've been so eager these days now that my countdown is almost over! There is nothing more exciting than thinking of going home at last after a very long year of sacrifices and misadventures away from home. Urgh, deep sigh, a small drop, a tingling sensation can be felt deep within my heart. Are these regrets? Obviously not. It's my decision to go out and experience working in another country for better opportunities. Now that my countdown is almost over, I can almost see the lights at the end of this tunnel of nightmares. Oh what a life! After all, it's what I've been learning which matters most for I know I'd surely gain and grow as a more mature person. Smiles.

I Discovered Something Beautiful
When you meet someone new, do you feel something like a connection between her? Whatever the physicality, still we can sense whether that person is good or not. As an expat here in ME, I always meet different types of people and every time I always depend on my feelings or so to say inner instinct or intuition. They say it’s better to trust one’s intuition than asking for an advice. Don’t you believe in that also? I will tell you one instance where my intuition is right. Here it goes. This regards my new housemate here. The first time I met her I was kind of hesitant. By her looks and actions, I’m not fully comfortable with her. However, as the time passes by, we talked and even chatted for long hours watching a movie or just listening to the music while cooking together. Then, I started to feel that this woman really has something in common with me. One night, as I was about to use the bathroom, I saw a novena booklet of the Mother of Perpetual Help on the rack by the pail. I just observed it until I thought nobody would get it as we had some visitors that night so it left me with the idea that it must have been left by one of them. I slept late that night and discovered that she hurriedly went to the bathroom and as I opened to check, she was smiling while holding that novena prayer booklet and put it into her breast pocket. I just smiled and said good night to her as she really looked so tired and sleepy. Now, I realized that as time passes by I began to become closer to her the fact that we have the same belief. I am also a pious believer of the Catholic faith and I dearly adore our Mother of Perpetual Help. Smiles.

Nice Chat with a Long Lost HS Buddy
Really happy to log online on FB today and got a pop-up chat message from an unexpected buddy from high school. We immediately exchanged updates and I've found out that it's not only me who's still single among others in our batch '99. Whew! I'm so excited to see them all when I get home. I hope our loosely planned reunion for the first time would be realized this year. Apprehensive. :D Well going back to our chat, she's married with three kids now and very happy as a mother. This and other things make me even more excited to step foot on my hometown! Smiles.

My Lappy Love is Fixed!
I’m so ecstatic now that I’ve got the chance to use my lappy love! Just tonight my computer wizard friend fixed my laptop! Even though there are still a lot more to fix with this one, I’m happy still for using the Internet is my primary concern. Anyway, as long as I can write here more often, I’m happier than having nothing to do anything with my sites. Grins. :) I'd surely take extra more careful of my lappy love from now on. Promise! :P And ei! Many thanks to Seph, my good friend. Cheers man! :)

Patience is a Virtue, Indeed!
Up until now, I haven't got a hold of my dearest laptop. Sad. It's still with my friend and I'm pretty sure he's doing his best to fix it. This is just another challenge for me testing my will-power of waiting for the time to use my own laptop. I'm just so blessed to have kind friends who're always willing to lend me a helping hand. I'm crossing fingers now hoping my lappy would be well very soon. I just miss it very much! Sighs. Now I can only say that really patience is indeed a virtue to be kept and developed. Sad face.

Thanks to Joseph! ;)
Since two days ago, I had my lappy broken after I installed a free antivi I downloaded online. Urgh! I just couldn't stand without Internet connection so I asked my friend if one of her connections were a computer wizard. I'm so lucky that she has one and actually right now I have the chance to update this blog o'mine. Smiles. Thank goodness. Smiles. I hope he can fix it soon so I won't have to borrow my friend's lappy. I just miss my lappy so much that I cannot stand without it. Sighs. I hope it would be fixed very soon. Worried. I know he can and will fix it for he's a computer wiz. Rest assured. Smiles. :)

I Would Surely Miss Her
This morning I almost went mushy when my colleague and idol of all teachers bid happy goodbyes to us all at school for she's going to deliver her baby sometime next week as her doctor said. I was so sad to know she's finally leaving for I don't have any body to look up to and talk with on break times, urgh! :( I hope to see her next school year for she's just a great teacher and I'm so sure everybody would miss. I hope she'd be having a great time while waiting for her due date. I cannot wait to see her new baby soon. Surely would update with her on Facebook. Smiles. This I'm sure won't cut our communication. Oh thanks to advanced technology! Grins. :)

Quite Somehow
It's been a great relief for me to know that somehow there's been a calming down of storms these past few weeks. I've finally adopted with the environment and the place here as I'm currently away from my comfort zones. I'm quite enjoying my days here now with all the lovely kids whose very sweet to me. Somehow they're becoming closer to me each day and I know our friendship won't end here. That's for sure. I hope we can have an awesome summer ender! Truly looking forward to having a water fight with them on the last day of school this July 1st! ;) Smiles.

Here I Go Again with My Busy Mind's Ramblings
This week's challenges are so profuse that I almost gave up but here I am again recharging all my energies for the next week's round of dummy runs. The classes went normal though I once got myself in a very awkward situation after I shouted at the most notorious class. A few seconds after I shouted at them I realized that I really can do it and that gave them proof that I can be a monster inside the classroom. It's not always that I can be like their close friend, you know. That day on, they started to behave well during my class and I hope that they won't change for the worst instead for the better. Grins. I don't know if I was doing the right thing though but it somehow lessen the noise inside the classroom. The next time I'd study what makes them tickle so I'd have a great day all throughout the week. Perhaps I need more readings on classroom management and teaching strategies specific for their ages.

The Best Health Insurance Plan for You and Your Family
As promised, here I am again with my updates. Well, for the first time in my life away from home, I realized the importance of having the right medical benefits as a working professional abroad. It is much more difficult to be sick away from one’s family and comfort zones I can say since I had had chicken pox three weeks ago and man it was like more than a corporal punishment on me. I had such a hard time with all the boils growing on my body for almost two weeks before it went away. Luckily I have my friend who has many contacts at the nearby hospital here. She brought me to the nearest women’s hospital where her friends are working. One is a nurse at the hospital’s pharmacy and the other one is a resident doctor.
Indeed when we got there, we didn’t go through all the hassles of admission. We just directly went through her friend and he processed everything for us. It just then occurred to me that as a foreign worker, I must have registered myself beforehand at the nearest hospital through my employer where I can get the most affordable health insurance for me to avail all the basic medical benefits whenever I get sick.
Right now, I’m very well and I’m back to work since last week. Truly, being aware of the basic medical health insurance highly pays off for a foreign worker like me. As I got myself busy on those weeks I didn’t go to work, I surfed the Internet about chicken pox and it’s where I got well-informed. Also, I found some helpful websites about finding the best health insurance benefits and plans like the america-healthinsurance.com. There, you’ll find more important information about getting the best insurance plans for you and your family.

It's Been Aeons! OMG!
It's been aeons since I last posted here and I can really say that I really do miss this blog, OMG! How I wished I updated this one every day. There have been a lot of things that happened in the past year and months. One major change is that I completely changed my working environment. That is, I've moved from China to Qatar! Right now I'm enjoying my life here in Qatar still teaching though but with Arab kids this time. Well, our school is international which makes my career even more colorful. Smiles. I love my life here and I can that even if I’ve got more challenges more often, it’s worth the experience. Well, I strongly concur to the idea that experience really is the best teacher. Smiles. Won’t you agree with me too? And oh, by the way I’d be posting and updating more of this site from now on. I just hope. Crossing fingers now. This means, I promise. Smiles.

DOTA Addict!
Hahahah! I just finished my warcraft game and it really made me tuned up to blogging again. Smiles. The second day off indeed a productive one. Yes, I consider this productive day I hope to finish everything I planned and tomorrow I have to get back to normal work load and planning days for my weekends are so busy here. I need to work whole day until 5p.m. Maybe after posting my entries I would continue my lesson planning so I won't cram this weekend. I am pretty ready for my Saturday classes though which makes me quite relieved now. However, I need more preparation for my Sunday's class coz I'm so blessed to have such a very brilliant class with only three kids. I'm so lucky I don't need to really open their mouths just to speak. They are just so chatty and sensible to talk with and I've got no problems handling them in class. Indeed I am happier than last term. Smiles. Thank you Lord.

Chatting is one of My Fave Hobbies
When I woke up this morning the first thing which crossed in my mind is to turn on my laptop and surf the net. So after I clean my room I immediately got a cup of coffee, turned on my laptop, and of course my cookies. Whew! After a few minutes, I was online and then a chat window just popped up and there you go. It's my sister and my cute nephew! I was so happy to hear and see them both online. We chatted for few minutes and then stopped for she has to do housie chores. Indeed a very good start of my day. Smiles.
A Wonderful Morning
This morning I had a team-teaching class with our new teacher from U.K. I was tasked to be with him for this month and assist his class. Luckily, I know most of his students. I was so happy to see him doing well and surely he will love his Sunday mornings with such lovely bunch of brainy and keen kids to learn English. I then said that you just did well with them and had some good and bad points discussed. We both learned this morning and I felt so good after seeing him deliver very well the lesson which we both planned and prepared. Smiles.
I can really see he is putting his heart into what he is doing. Applause. Smiles.
